Colorado State University Ag Day celebrates agriculture in our state. We joined to share all about delicious Colorado beans at CSU Ag Day!
Global buyers from around the world came to network with growers, exporters, and companies in Colorado and Nebraska. We were grateful for the opportunity to share about Colorado beans!
At the Cool Beans Colorado Bean Showcase, five amazing chef and university student teams partnered to showcase Fiesta Beans (a zesty kettle cooked bean) and Rocky Mountain Pinto Tempeh in delicious and creative ways.
This summer, we held Bean Dazzle Hour at the Larimer County Fair! While chatting about how important beans are to our state, we also had fun sharing our favorite bean dishes and making bean art together.
Earlier this year (2022), we were honored to attend two wonderful events held by associations that support local agriculture, the Colorado Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association and the Rocky Mountain Bean Dealers Association.
We were honored to join a group of innovative companies and organizations at the Naturally Boulder Spring Fling to share about Colorado beans.
We had the pleasure of being at the Spring Science Extravaganza hosted by the Little Shop of Physics at Colorado State University. In the theme of talking about the ‘Energy of Food,’ we were there making bean dip on a blender bike! Or rather, recruiting enthusiastic volunteers to help us pedal and whip up some delicious pinto bean and salsa dip.
